I find Almond Milk an excellent alternative to dairy milk. Rice milk is also a good alternative to milk too. Both are delicious and healthy alternatives.
Almond and Rice milk are excellent. I find that almond milk is great for both vitamin e and calcium. I know that soy has a lot of drawbacks due to the aluminum that is involved in non fermented soy, but when you drink almond or rice milk you won’t know the difference!
I’m going to have to try Almond Milk, but I have to consider the price…lactose free dairy milk is rather expensive. I also don’t want something with tons of added sugar to make it taste decent :/
I try to drink a Rice milk I will see if almond milk will taste good. hopefully
I think it’s really important to know the pros. and cons. about Soy/Soy milk. I’ve been an organic vegetarian for long years and I choose to drink Soy milk for several time… My periods have been very painful and I got a heart attack. All because of Soy milk. It’s not good to drink/eat Soy too much. Be careful with it. Helpful information.
I always thought that Almond Milk was better than Soy for me. But I never had any proof. I also find Soy milk to taste and look weird, yet I have never tried Almond because of how disappointed I was with the Soy. Kiki, I noticed that too when I was drinking the milk..I never thought they were related!!
Thank you so much. I think I will try to make my own Almond milk (you mentioned it in another post) and save myself the bother of Soy EVER AGAIN!!
I never thought that almond milk is good rather than soya…I will take my chances to drink almond milk again…
I have tried drinking almond and soy milk. I like almond than soy because it is more delicious and healthier.
